eta 0.40. Trzysta w nogach. Sam nie wiem jak mi sie to udalo. W nocy calkiem fajnie, nawodnilem sie troche, ale jadlowstret pozostal. Jakies trzy dyszkirzed meta zaczelo mnie rabac kolano.

Od setnego kilometra zgon. Skurcze lapia caly czas. Jeszcze nigdy sie tak fatalnie nie czulem. Nie wiem jaka jest temperatura, ale pomimo wypicia ponad 3 litrow plynow kolor moczu wskazuje skrajne odwodnienie. Jade na pk1 i zobacze, ale pewnie bedzie zjazd do bazy.
